Cancellation & Amendments Policy

We understand that there will be times when you need to amend or cancel your course booking. Get in touch as soon as possible, as cancellation and amendment penalties can increase the closer you get to your course date.

If you need to change your course booking, please contact us on: bookings@elevation-firetaining.co.uk. We cannot process amendments over the phone. We reserve the right to refuse amendments on a case-by-case basis, following our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION

Training room and exam registration fees are paid in advance for all courses.

Elevation Fire Training reserves the right to and will apply the following to your secured booking:

• Elevation Fire Training will refund 100% of payment in the instance of a cancellation made more than eight weeks prior to the course starting date.
• Cancellations made within four to eight weeks of the course date will incur a 50% charge of the value of booking.
• Cancellations made within four weeks of the course date will incur the full charge of 100% of the value of the booking.
